Support structuring and valuation of asset acquisition and joint venture transactions
Understanding of regulatory framework and stakeholders that influence energy sector
Leverage knowledge of the business unit and the renewable energy industry to continuously identify and execute opportunities to improve risk profile and business results
Manage standard Energy Innovation related projects, both directly and through collaboration with other internal and external groups through effective research, data and trend analysis
Developing financial projections, building financial models and investment analysis
Researching and analysing data from competitors and energy industry
Preparing cost projections
Analyzes system design alternatives and identifies potential improvements to existing systems and processes and financial models
Reviewing and analysing financial statements and reports
Prepare cost projections
Analyse and report on current financial status
Project valuation
Advice CFO on Tax equity investment analysis & capital raisings
Participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential: Fluent in English
2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
2+ years relevant work experience in renewable energy, distributed energy and grid technologies
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Economics or a related field
Proven work experience as a Junior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
Excellent analytical skills and demonstrable strategic thinking skills
Strong organizational, multitasking and skills with experience in prioritizing workload
Ability to convey complex/technical content in a coherent and compelling story for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
Ability to work independently, partner cross-functionally, and be self-motivated in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Experience in creating Presentations and visualization of complex energy financial models
Strong ability to link financial results to operation performance drivers
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work in high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines
Strong financial acumen
Desirable: Knowledge in FP&A
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or CPA is preferred
CFA or CPA Certificate
3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modelling
Understanding of new renewable technologies and their flaws
Relevant experience in pricing and structuring debt or equity transactions
Strong work ethic based on desire to exceed expectations
Experience with interactive dashboards and reporting using tools such as Excel, Qlik sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
Salary: from 12K - 18K USD (1000-1500 USD monthly salary )(not including bonuse by company milestones in sales per quarter / yearly)
